Home

Home is a place we can retreat to.
It has four walls and a bed and a kitchen
with a toaster in it.

Home is also a place inside us.
We can come back when we want
to see the outside world with clear eyes.

It doesn’t have a toaster
but it has something that feels beautifully warm.
